Our Plastic Divsions’ opening hours are from 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and from 08:00 to
12:30pm on Friday.
MacGregor Industries Radio Control Division opening hours are from 08:30 to
17:15 Monday to Thursday and from 08:30 to 13:00
on Friday. Please note we are officially closed Friday afternoons.

If you need help with any of our products or have a technical question, the
fastest way of contacting our Modeller Support team is to send an email.
Messages are distributed to the most appropriate member of staff and most will
be answered the same day. Please send your enquires to: help@macgregor.co.uk
You can also telephone but please be aware that a member of staff with
appropriate knowledge may not be immediately available. For this reason we have
set aside a couple of periods each week when our most experienced members of
staff will be available to take telephone enquiries. These periods are:
Monday 11:00 - 12:30 and 13:00 - 15:00
Wednesday 09:00 - 12:30
