Now fitted with a 10mm crankshaft, the huge FA-300T will swing an 18 x 10 propeller at over 8,000 rpm. Even greater levels of thrust can be achieved by using a 20 x 10, which the 300T will take to over 7,000 rpm. An inverted carburettor gives the 300T a remarkably low profile for an engine of such size, making it the ideal choice for fitting within scale cowlings without having to drill holes for any nonscale protrusions.
