JR’s flagship radio is available in dedicated helicopter or aeroplane configurations. This enables the PCM10X transmitter to be specifically tailored to the type of flying required rather than having to make compromises on switch positions etc. as is normally necessary with multi-function types.

PCM10X is the transmitter of choice for expert pilots, particularly those engaged in competition or display flying.

Each transmitter is supplied in a stylish aluminium carry case with a pre-cut foam insert to ensure maximum protection during transit and storage. 

The PCM10X is supplied as a combo, with the Tx pre-set to Mode 1 or Mode 2, complete with an ultra high performance R1000DS PCM Dual Conversion receiver. This receiver features super narrow band ABC&W circuitry, including an ‘S’ type 1024 Central Processing Unit, to offer an unparalleled RF link to your model.

Also included are a heavy duty charger, an 1100 mAh Tx battery, a 1400 mAh Rx battery, a JR neck strap, a heavy duty switch harness, a DSC lead, a servo extension lead and a DSC/charge connection kit.

Helicopter Functions

• The following pre-selected mixes are adjustable & can be activated in any or all flight modes: Rudder - Throttle, Aileron - Throttle, Elevator - Throttle.
• Gyro gain function allows stick priority gain control.
• 5 programmable tail curves, with 7 points. 
• Mix rate allows the curve to be expanded (1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/10) for more accurate tail adjustment.
• Swashplate mixing with independent aileron-elevator & elevator-aileron values in all flight modes. 
• 1200 & 1400 three servo CCPM mixing is also available.
• Exponential curve function for smoother throttle & pitch curves.
• When used with a JR remote gain gyro, three gyro rates are available.
• Graphical multi-point pitch & throttle curve means you can set the pitch for seven selectable stick positions.
• Eight free programmable mixes, four of which allow programming of up to a seven point curve that can be turned on/off in any flight mode.

Aeroplane Functions

• Dual trim options in Flight Modes. One allows each flight mode to have their own separate digital trim settings adjustable via the trim switches. The other retains the same trim values for all flight modes, adjustable in any flight mode.
• Two, 8 point programmable throttle curves, selectable by nominated switches.
• Alarm sounds if the Tx is turned on & the flight mode switch is not at zero
• Dual & expo rates are independently adjustable in each direction.
• Channels 5-10 can be inhibited for use as slave channels during mixing
• Dual elevator feature for aircraft with one or more servos driving each elevator half.
• 5 different rates can be programmed for aileron, elevator & rudder.
• 5 response curves (e.g. expo, VTR) can be programmed for aileron, elevator & rudder.
• Servo speed is independently selectable in each flight mode.
• Snap roll rate & direction can be selected for each flight mode.
• Gyro sensor adjustment allows easy gain adjustment of any JR remote gain gyro. 
• 3 gain rates are available & stick priority mixing can be selected, with adjustments possible to the centre and end point gains.
• 8 programmable mixes available (3 are multi-point), each with 2 mix values.
• Aileron - rudder, rudder - aileron & rudder - elevator mixes have 2 mix values, selected automatically in the flight modes or by a nominated switch.
• 3 flap positions can be pre-set with elevator compensation settings.

Shared Functions

• 5 Flight Modes available via programmable switches. Almost every parameter can be adjusted to suit different flight regimes (e.g. Heli - FAI aerobatics, 3D, Hovering. Aero - Landing, Aerobatics, 3D/Fun-fly, Prop Hanging.) 
• Digital trims on aileron, elevator and rudder with Adjustable Trim Rates. 
• Variable pitch tone during digital trim adjustments gives an audible indication of trim position
• Digital trims positions are displayed as bar graphs or digital values.
• Digital trim positions are automatically stored & recalled when switching models.
• Throttle trim is mechanical to give a visual reference during engine start. Trim rate is adjustable.
• The removeable 1100mAh battery pack gives nearly 5 hrs of continuous use. Can be recharged away from the transmitter.
• Buddy box link allows another JR transmitter to be connected for training.
• Servo monitor displays the ten servo positions. Especially useful when setting up mixing.
• The large touch-screen LCD display makes the PCM10X convenient & easy to set-up.
• Personalise the feel of the controls using Adjustable Stick Tension for more precise flying.
• Compatible with most JR FM receivers, past & present - PPM, S-PCM (1024) and the much used Z-PCM (512) types.
• 5 year lithium battery prevents memory loss if the main battery pack is discharged or removed from the transmitter.
• Fail-safe in PCM mode allows individual selection of hold or pre-set positions for the first eight channels. 
• Direct Servo Control permits operation of all servos without generating a radio signal.
• Choice of Dual Rate, Exponential or Variable Trace Rate movement for aileron, elevator & rudder channels.
