Product Description
This now boasts three model types, 50 model memories, new APCM 2048 PCM modulation .
(35 MHz only). All the previous JR modulation systems, PPM ZPCM and SPCM, are still supported.
It has an on board frequency monitor (35 MHz only) plus a very easy to read programming screen.
The transmitter itself is assembled in a cast metal casing, very similar to the PCM10X. The casing is magnesium to keep the weight within bounds. It has a comfortable solid feel about it. Looking at the rear first, the module or the module cover is apparent. On the 2.4 GHz system the module has the usual bind/range test button and is not removable. The 35 MHz module is removable but it is a vastly different type of unit to the previous ones. New and old are not interchangeable.
Fitting a 2.4 GHz module into the 35 MHz equipment automatically reconfigures the software so that the menus that are not required using 2.4GHz are not accessible.
