Please be aware that if the import of JR Radio Equipment does not come through the proper channels, then any warranty is the responsibility of the user. Furthermore, any future servicing is liable to be refused. JR Radio do not operate a worldwide warranty service and as such, the warranty is actually provided by the importer (which for the UK is MacGregor Industries). All Transmitters will have the MacGregor Industries label on the base together with a CE mark.
