As the UK distributor for ZAP adhesive products for the past decade MacGregor Industries have built up a wide range of expertise regarding this premium product line. As such it has become the established favourite for discerning modellers, and also for architectural models, film work and many other professional uses.

ZAP/CA: SUPER-THIN PENETRATING FORMULA. Works great on most materials, especially balsa wood. Strengthens fibreglass cloth. Bonds in 1 to 5 sec.

ZAP-A-GAP: CA+GAP FILLING FORMULA. Allows 7 to 10 seconds for positioning, with a 20 second cure time. Use KICKER to accelerate. Bonds most materials. Works on oily surfaces too!

SLO ZAP CA: SUPER THICK & STRONG. Use on high stress areas. Ideal for laminating or forming fillets. Position in 30 to 40 seconds, cures in 90 seconds.

FLEX ZAP: HIGH-TECH, HIGH STRENGTH ‘NO KICKER’ FORMULA. The strongest, most flexible CA in the ZAP range. Works great on most hard surfaced materials. Approx. 60 seconds cure time.

ZAP-O: ODOURLESS FORMULA. Safe for all hobby foams. “No-more-tears” formula. Medium thick, cures in 8 seconds.

PLASTI-ZAP: MEDIUM VISCOSITY FOR PLASTICS. Non-flammable. Cures clean and clear. Will not attack most paints. Splendid on plastic modelling projects and car mouldings.

POLY ZAP: HI-PERFORMANCE FORMULA. Designed to work on space-age plastics; Lexan polycarbonate, Delrin acetal, nylon and rubber. Ideal for clear canopies and most A.R.T.F. kits. Non-fogging when KICKER is not used.

ZIP KICKER: SUPER GLUE ACCELERATOR. The best-working accelerator for ZAP. Works great on other super glues too! Sets in seconds.

Z-ENDS: EXTENDER TIPS. Allows smaller drops of glue to be placed in hard-to-reach areas. Includes ten tips and a 12” length of micro-dropper tubing.

Z-7 DEBONDER: DEBONDING AGENT FOR ALL SUPER GLUES. Softens cured glue so it can be easily removed from fingers and other surfaces. Always test first!

ZAP16 - 1 oz

Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN. Excellent for use with fibreglass cloth. Great for sheeting foam wing panels. This long-cure finishing epoxy is also compatible with many polyester resins.

ZAP40 - 12 oz

Z-POXY 5 MINUTE QUICK SET FORMULA. This is a quick setting, fuel and vibration resistant formula that is durable and sandable in final cure and supplied in a handy double syringe pack. Ideal for onsite use.

ZAP36 - 4 oz

Z-POXY 5 MINUTE QUICK SET FORMULA. Fast setting epoxy. Clear, equal-mix, cures in less than 5 minutes. Fuel proof, vibration resistant formula. Flexible and durable, yet remains sandable too. Excellent for furniture.

Z-POXY 30 MINUTE EXTRA STRENGTH FORMULA. Our 30 minute system allows 15 minutes working time and then cures in 30 min. Great for installing firewalls and bulkheads in fibreglass fuselages and boat hulls. Ideal for skinning small foam parts. Equal mix formula readily accepts balloon filler for forming fillets.

FORMULA 560: CANOPY GLUE. Fast cure, clear drying ‘white’ glue. Bonds canopies and plastic parts to almost anything. Flexible and non-toxic.

ZAP56 - 2 oz

HINGE GLUE: MAXIMUM STRENGTH FORMULA. Bonds virtually all hinge material. Easy to use ‘white’ glue. Ready to handle in 30 minutes. Full cure in 18 hours.

ZAP55 - 1 oz

Z-42 THREAD LOCKER: METAL-TO-METAL FORMULA. Top quality blue thread locker. Prevents loosening due to high vibration. Parts disassemble with simple hand tools.

ZAP42 - 6 ml

ZAP-A-DAP-A-GOO: ALL PURPOSE ADHESIVE & SEALANT. Not a super glue! Bonds virtually anything to anything. Gooey, strong, yet flexible formula. Bonds may be cut with a razor knife. 

12 - 3 oz

AFTER RUN: ENGINE CLEANER AND CORROSION INHIBITOR. One dose prohibits corrosion from forming on the bearings. Lasts for months. Ideal for coating metal push-rods before insertion into nylon or plastic sleeves.

ZAP31 - 1 oz

RAlL ZlP: TRACK CLEANER AND CORROSION INHIBITOR. A high-tech concentrated formula. Cleans and restores electrical conductivity. Eliminates “sparking”.

ZAP23 - 1oz

SHEET ZAP: Designed for wing sheeting and fuselage planking, cures slowly to give you time to position precisely. NOT for foam wings !

ZAP GEL: This is a quick-setting, non-sagging gel formula adhesive that bonds through oily or dirty surfaces. This product is fuel-resistant & works best on: Wood, Veneers, Cork, Rubber, Leather, Most Plastics and Metals

ZAP THREAD LOCKER: Locks and seals metal nuts, bolts and studs. Resistant to petrol, oil etc.

ZAP DEGREASER: Fast drying metal parts cleaner. Removes dirt and grease, no residue, non conductive, non corrosive, no CFC's

ZAP FIBER POXY: Perfect for polyester and epoxy fiberglass models and repairs for Ceramics, Plastics, Metals etc. Excellent ARF glue.
